FONDANT FRILLS

Please note that only mud cakes can be selected from the cake menu when choosing fondant covered cakes.

These cakes will be covered in a layer of chocolate ganache (milk, dark or white) and a layer of fondant, and then fondant frills. Cakes are best kept out of the fridge but in a cool place. Fondant can sweat and become sticky if placed in the fridge.

It is best to book in at least a couple of weeks in advance for fondant frill cakes as they can require a significant amount of time to complete.

SINGLE TIER CAKES

6" cake - $120 - serves up to 10 dessert portions or 20 coffee portions

8" cake (or tall 6")- $180 - serves up to 20 dessert portions or 40 coffee portions

10" cake (or tall 8") - $210 - serves up to 30 dessert portions or 60 coffee portions
 

2 TIER CAKES

8" & 6" cake - $260 - serves up to 30 dessert portions or 60 coffee portions

10" & 8" cake - $300 - serves up to 50 dessert portions or 100 coffee portions

Servings based on a dessert portion size of 1inch x 2 inches x 4 inches (2.5cm x 5cm x 10cm) and coffee portion size of 1 inch x 1 inch x 4 inches (2.5cm x 2.5cm x 10cm).
